The table is a place of encounters. Eating together, in every culture, is about sharing a reciprocal and friendly experience. The Crossroads project was inspired by this very thought, with the ambition to bridge two different culinary cultures, both rich and rooted in their own countries, through the creation of Sino-Lombard recipes.
The Regione Lombardia, Unioncamere Lombardia (the Union of Lombard Chambers of Commerce) and the Consortium for the Protection of Grana Padano Cheese were the first to intuit this project and to commit to its realisation, following with care and scrutiny every step of its execution.
